# Telemetry

## Live ***Telemetry.***

Every aircraft, vessel, satellite and feeder on the network, live and searchable. Select a filter to narrow a table, or a column heading to sort it. Active emergencies appear at the top as soon as they are detected.

Feeders are volunteer-operated receivers contributing ADS-B, MLAT and AIS data to the network. Tap a feed type to show only those feeders. Feeder stats update every minute. Want to see your own feeder here? Visit the [contributor guide](http://www.mlat.uk/contribute) to get started.

### About the map and the awards

- **Network Champion** is the overall top 3, on points: up to 60 for standing on the Air board, up to 20 on the Sea board, and 4 for each of the four feeds a feeder sends (ADS-B, MLAT, the MLAT hub and AIS). A very strong Air feeder can beat an average one that sends more, and every extra feed counts. The Founder rosette is worthless: it scores no points and has no effect on the ranking.
- **Sky Watcher** is the top 3 for average ADS-B positions per second over the last 7 days. **Harbour Master** is the top 3 for average AIS messages per second over the same 7 days.
- **Full Spectrum** goes to any feeder that sends all four feeds.
- **Founder** is a hand-picked rosette for the people who started all this. It cannot be earned, only blamed.
- Gold, silver and bronze mark first, second and third. A pin shows the best medal a feeder holds, purple for Full Spectrum when it has no medal, and blue otherwise. The number on a pin is its overall place.
- A feeder needs ADS-B or AIS data to be ranked. MLAT is not ranked on its own, and stations using `--privacy` are not ranked.
- MLAT feeders are shown within about 5–10 km of their receiver, never at its exact position. Other feeders are placed by IP geolocation, which is often inaccurate.
- Select an MLAT station to see the stations it is synchronised with: green lines for healthy timing, dashed amber for weak. Updated every minute.

Network-wide figures sampled every minute: 5-minute detail for 30 days, hourly for a year. Times are UTC. Lines are averages for each interval; “peak” is the highest sample.
